“E.T. phone home” – who hasn’t heard that before? Who didn’t understand that? Exactly. This statement is a proof that in order to communicate, it is enough to know only the simplest words, and this communication is also possible without the proper conjugation of a verb.

What does it mean? That first and foremost, it’s worth knowing verbs since they are used to describe actions, and thus they express the most information.

Because these parts of speech are so essential, we’ve prepared for you a few lists of verbs and their forms, which can serve you for years. While creating these sets, we focused on grouping similar words and on their pronunciation, since it’s important not only to know how to spell a particular word, but, first and foremost, how to say it. Surely you know that speaking is very important to us; that’s why we’ve made basic audio recordings (here) as well as recordings that include much richer vocabulary.
